Cooking ♥
Me and hubby made
dinner last night as mom and dad are out for wedding dinner.
Went to Lot1's ntuc to see what i can cook for dinner while waiting for hubby to book out from
camp. Bought those necessary stuff back home while hubby helped me out by carrying those
groceries back home.
Hubby got
bathe while i wash the
vegetable, defrost the fish and cut the
beancurd.
We are preparing to make
battered fish,
stir-fried veg,
egg and
ma po do fu for dinner
\.
While preparing those dishes.
Washing and preparing the
snow fish.
Ingredients to make the
battered fish.
We got our
bread crumbs from four leaf cause it was a bit too rush to make our own bread crumbs.
Hubby was in charge of making and cooking the battered fish cause i was a bit afraid to fry the fish and moreover he was more
experience in making the batterd fish cause he has done it before.
Frying the fish!He cooked the
veg too~
Next it's my turn to cook the
ma po dou fu and fry the
egg.
Initially i wanted to cooked
curry chicken and
tom yam soup but hubby say there's too much
spicy food and he's afraid that my youngest sis can't take it.
It'S YUMMY!!Frying egg, easy for me~
And now we proudly present to you 4 dishes brought to you by matt and carrie!

I
love the fish!!
Perfectly done.
Crispy and golden brown on the outside, soft and tender inside!! Marvellous! No, we didn't make a mess in mom's
"holy" place.
We clean up and it was Sparking clean~We are super full after finishing up all the food and hubby went back into my room to rest as he have to get up early this morning to report early to camp.

We are happy after filling our tummy~
*Few more hours to rest before i get myself ready for training later at tpy.
